Ingredients:1/4 kilo dilis 1 pc medium sized egg 1/4 c brown sugar 2 t salt 1/2 c cornstarch 1 t chili powder oil for deep-frying Procedure: 1. In a bowl, beat egg until fluffy. 2. Add sugar, salt and chili. 3. Then cornstarch. Beat until smooth. 4. Pour mixture over dilis. 5. Stir until completely coated. 6. Deep fry until crisp and golden brown. 7. Serve. COMMENTS |
