BICOL EXPRESS Jan 15, 2008 | mekeniabe 1 kilo pork meat (liempo)- cut into cubes1 head large onion- sliced 5 cloves of garlic- smash & skin removed 10pcs. chili red pepper (depende sa kaya ng powers mo) 10pcs. chili green pepper- minced 2 tbsp. of fresh shrimp paste (alamang) 1 can of cocomilk black pepper- a little -Saute garlic and onions and red peppers -Add alamang, mix well, and add green peppers -Put the meat, saute well until meat is tender. -Pour the cocomilk, simmer until sauce thickens. ........................................
