| Nilagang Baka Jan 14, 2008 | big brother Ito naman ang niluluto ko ngayon.ingredients (estimates) - 1 kilo Baka buto-buto(pwede rin ribs) - 1 lb chinese cabbage (ito rin yata yung pechay baguio) - 2 to 3 sweet corn (yung matamis mas masarap) / cut into 2 or 3pcs each - 2 pcs small camote(peeled cut into cubes) - 1 beef cube / bullion Wash the beef (cut into serving sizes) then boil in water - dami ng tubig (about 2 inches above the beef level) Set stove to med or med low to keep it boiling for 2.5hr to 3 hr (para malambot) Add Beef Cube (for more taste) Put in the camote and sweet corn, boil for about 15 mins Season with ground black pepper and salt (or patis) Add chinese cabbage, done in 2 mins COMMENTS
